Compliance

Regulation is not a final formality: it is a design constraint.

We integrate the Bolivian legal framework from the first stage of the project. A design that cannot be permitted is not a finished design.

01 —Regulatory framework

Regulation we apply systematically

Every project is cross-checked against the applicable framework in force. These are the instruments that structure our day-to-day work.

  • Law 1333

    Environment Law

General framework for environmental management and the regulatory instruments applicable to industrial, mining and infrastructure projects.

  • RMCH

    Water Pollution Regulation

Effluent and discharge quality criteria that condition the design of every industrial wastewater treatment train.

  • EEIA

    Environmental impact assessment

Characterisation of the area of influence, impact identification and definition of documented mitigation measures.

  • PAA

    Environmental adaptation programme

Planning for the progressive adaptation of existing facilities to applicable regulation, with verifiable milestones.

  • SECTOR

    Mining and industrial regulation

Activity-specific requirements: waste handling, industrial safety, water and land use.

  • MUNICIPAL

    Municipal regulation

Land use, cadastre, property procedures and local requirements that condition a project’s viability.

02 —Operational transparency

How compliance is demonstrated

Compliance is not declared: it is documented. Our method leaves a verifiable trail at every stage.

  • 01

    Documentary traceability

Every assumption, cited standard and result is backed by calculation records, drawings or the project file. A third party can audit the reasoning.

  • 02

    Declaration of uncertainty

We make assumptions and scope limits explicit. An honest deliverable states what was not assessed, and why.

  • 03

    Technical independence

The recommendation rests on the analysis, not on the equipment supplier’s convenience or the client’s urgency.

  • 04

    Support through permitting

We accompany filing and responses to comments before the competent authority, through to obtaining the instrument.

03 —Quality policy

Quality and safety principles

We do not publish certifications we do not hold. We publish the principles we work by, which can be verified in every deliverable.

  • 01Internal technical review before delivery of any document.
  • 02Equipment specifications based on process criteria, not supplier catalogues.
  • 03Verification of regulatory validity at the time of delivery.
  • 04Risk management: hazard identification and control measures in industrial facilities.
  • 05Client technical confidentiality as a contractual condition.
