Technical capabilities, integrated by design.
Four service lines that combine according to the problem: process, environment, territory and investment. A project may activate one, or all four.
Chemical and Industrial Engineering
Process and plant design for the chemical and mining industry, from mass balance to equipment specification.
We translate a production intent into a sized, verifiable process. The work starts with the mass and energy balance, is documented in flow diagrams, and ends in equipment specifications a supplier can quote without ambiguity.
Deliverables
- Copper sulphate, leaching and SX-EW plant design
- Mass and energy balances with calculation records
- Machinery and process equipment specification
- Process flow diagrams (PFD) and P&IDs
- Site adaptation and production infrastructure
- Process optimisation and circular economy
Environmental Engineering & IWTP
Industrial effluent treatment and verifiable environmental compliance, from characterisation through to permit.
Environmental design is resolved on two fronts at once: the engineering of the treatment and the file that makes it legally operable. We address both, so that the plant that gets built is the plant that gets approved.
Deliverables
- Industrial wastewater treatment plant (IWTP/PTARI) design
- Environmental instruments: EEIA, PAA and manifests
- Environmental audits and adaptation plans
- Effluent characterisation and monitoring
- Compliance with Law 1333 and the RMCH
- Industrial safety and waste management
Surveying and Georeferencing
Survey, control and representation of the territory using precision instruments.
Every project lands on a specific site. We survey, model and georeference that site with precision instruments so that design, earthworks and cadastre start from reliable data.
Deliverables
- Topographic surveys with Laser RTK and total station
- Digital terrain models and contour lines
- Municipal cadastre and property georeferencing
- Setting out and construction control
- Volume and earthworks calculations
- Infrastructure drawings and technical documentation
Feasibility and Investment Studies
Bankable studies that allow an industrial project to be decided and financed.
A feasibility study is not an academic exercise: it is the document an investment committee or a financial institution uses to say yes or no. We build it with explicit assumptions, scenarios and sensitivity on the variables that actually move the outcome.
Deliverables
- Bankable feasibility studies
- Financial models: CAPEX, OPEX, NPV and IRR
- Sensitivity analysis and scenario building
- Technical pre-feasibility and market analysis
- Investment project structuring
- Technical documentation for financial institutions
Four stages, evidence at every one.
The same process applies to a mass balance as to a feasibility study, at different levels of depth.
- 01
Technical diagnosis
Information gathering, site characterisation and review of the applicable regulatory framework. We define what must be solved and what success looks like before designing anything.
- 02
Model and design
Mass and energy balances, process diagrams, sizing and equipment specification, with documented and traceable assumptions.
- 03
Regulatory validation
Cross-check against current regulation —Law 1333, RMCH, sector and municipal rules— before the design reaches construction or tender.
- 04
Delivery and follow-up
Verifiable technical documentation, calculation records and support through implementation, permitting or the financing process.
Not every project needs all four lines.
Tell us the technical problem and we will tell you which scope makes sense — and which scope would be over-engineered.
